You can use wall of thorns at will, as the spell, except that the damage dealt to creatures moving through it is equal to 25 + half your caster level - the creature's AC. Creatures with AC equal to or greater than 25 + half your caster level take no damage. Dexterity and dodge bonuses to AC are excluded from these calculations as normal.
