This blast shape focuses your eldritch blast into a target-seeking precision blast. A precision blast gains the benefit of the Precise Shot feat, allowing you to ignore the -4 penalty for firing into a melee. At 11th level, your precision blast also gains the benefit of the Improved Precise Shot feat, allowing it to automatically strike the correct target when firing into a grapple, and to ignore the AC bonus granted to targets by anything less than total cover and the miss chance granted to targets by anything less than total concealment.
