The Crescent Moon feat enables the use of three tactical maneuvers.

Disarming Hit: To use this maneuver, you must make two successful hits on a same target in the same turn. You may make a free disarm attempt against the opponent, and the opponent does not get to disarm you in return.

Crescent Parry: To use this maneuver, you must have used combat expertise last round and had an opponent miss you in melee. You may immediately make a disarm attempt as an attack of opportunity against the opponent, and the opponent does not get to disarm you in return.

Split the Moon: To use this maneuver, you must charge (or pounce) and make the attack at the end of the charge (or pounce) using your Combat Expertise feat. The penalty you take on your attack roll must be -5 or worse. You receive bonus damage equal to the attack roll penalty.
